Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd. is poised for stable revenue growth, supported by management's strategic initiatives to expand its distribution network and diversify its product offerings. The company's focus on penetrating Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities, alongside enhancing its FMCG portfolio, positions it well to capture emerging market opportunities. However, margins are expected to remain under pressure due to high raw material costs and weak cash conversion relative to its asset base. Vista's financial outlook reflects these dynamics, projecting consistent revenue growth aligned with historical performance, albeit with a cautious view on margins. The agribusiness sector's improving pricing power and the favorable macroeconomic environment in India provide a supportive backdrop, although challenges such as inflation and global supply chain issues persist. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include leveraging the growing demand for packaged rice and expanding into higher-margin categories, while watchpoints include potential execution risks in scaling operations and managing cost pressures
