Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Apcotex Industries is poised for growth, driven by strategic capacity expansions and a focus on value-added products. Management's commentary highlights strong operational performance, with significant volume growth and margin expansion in Q4 FY26, supported by ongoing capital expenditures to double NBR capacity and enhance synthetic latex production. The company's shift towards a more innovative product portfolio, including new glove-coating solutions, positions it well within the expanding emulsion polymers market, projected to grow at over 8% CAGR. However, challenges such as elevated freight costs, competition from imports, and the absence of anti-dumping duties on NBR could pressure margins. Vista's financial outlook reflects expectations of accelerating revenue growth and improving margins, underpinned by a strong balance sheet and favorable market conditions. The macro environment in India remains supportive, with robust manufacturing activity and stable inflation. Over the next 12-24 months, Apcotex's key opportunities lie in its capacity expansions and product innovation, while watchpoints include geopolitical risks and pricing pressures in export markets
