Basis of our Recommendation

Asahi India Glass is positioned for stable revenue growth, supported by management's focus on expanding float glass capacity, which is expected to enhance market share in the automotive and architectural segments. Recent earnings calls highlighted the company's proactive measures to manage rising costs, indicating a commitment to improving margins despite external pressures. Vista's financial outlook reflects this optimism, projecting a modest revenue increase aligned with historical trends and an anticipated margin expansion as operational efficiencies are realized. The current valuation is deemed fair, with a slight expected upside, reinforcing the attractiveness of the stock. Industry dynamics, particularly the shift towards organized players amid supply chain disruptions, further bolster Asahi's competitive position.
