Bajaj Consumer Care's recent performance reflects a strong recovery trajectory, particularly in its core Almond Drops (ADHO) brand, which has achieved double-digit volume growth. Management's focus on brand strengthening and digital marketing, alongside the successful rollout of Project Aarohan, positions the company well for sustained revenue growth. Despite navigating significant input cost volatility, management is leveraging operational efficiencies to protect margins, aiming to maintain EBITDA margins in the low-to-mid 20s. Vista's financial outlook anticipates moderate revenue growth, supported by the company's strategic initiatives and a stable balance sheet. The FMCG sector's expansion, coupled with favorable macroeconomic conditions in India, further enhances the growth potential for Bajaj Consumer Care. However, the company faces headwinds from geopolitical uncertainties and high dependence on its ADHO brand. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include scaling the non-ADHO portfolio and expanding into new markets, while watchpoints include input cost pressures and the need to sustain demand momentum in a competitive landscape
