Capital Small Finance Bank's management has articulated a robust growth strategy focused on expanding its secured loan portfolio, particularly in the MSME, mortgage, and agriculture sectors. This strategic emphasis, coupled with geographic expansion into new states and enhanced digital engagement, positions the bank favorably for revenue growth and margin stability. Vista's financial outlook reflects these developments, projecting stable revenue growth and consistent profit margins, supported by a strong balance sheet and a conservative lending profile. The bank's ambitious targets for asset quality improvement and operational efficiency further bolster Vista's expectations of a modest upside in valuation. However, the competitive landscape remains challenging, with regulatory pressures and inflationary risks posing potential headwinds. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include leveraging technology for customer engagement and expanding into underserved markets, while watchpoints include the impact of regulatory changes and competition on profitability
