Vista Outlook

Basis of our Recommendation

DDev Plastiks Industries is strategically positioning itself for growth by focusing on high-value polymer products and expanding its capacity in response to increasing demand from infrastructure projects. Management's emphasis on R&D-led innovation, particularly in high-voltage and flame-retardant compounds, aligns with Vista's forecast of stable revenue growth and margins. The company's operational resilience, evidenced by a 23% increase in export volumes, supports a positive outlook, despite potential headwinds from raw material cost volatility and geopolitical uncertainties. Vista's financial outlook anticipates a 15% volume growth in FY27, driven by disciplined capacity expansion and a strong market position in the power infrastructure sector. The improving pricing power within the industry further enhances profitability prospects, while the stable macroeconomic environment in India provides a supportive backdrop for growth. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include the expansion into the BESS market and increased international market penetration, while watchpoints include external economic fluctuations and the execution of strategic initiatives
