Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Divi's Laboratories is strategically enhancing its capabilities in complex chemistry and custom synthesis, which are expected to drive revenue growth over the next 12-24 months. Management's focus on three major capex projects, coupled with a positive outlook for double-digit revenue growth in FY27, underscores the company's commitment to capitalizing on industry demand. However, challenges such as pricing pressures in the generic API segment and raw material cost volatility could impact margins. Vista's financial outlook reflects stable revenue growth and improving margins, supported by the company's strong performance in the custom synthesis segment. The favorable macro environment for Indian equities, alongside the ongoing global shift in supply chains, positions Divi's well for future growth. Key opportunities include the successful commercialization of new molecules and the expansion of the peptide business, while watchpoints include regulatory risks and geopolitical disruptions affecting raw material costs. Overall, Divi's Laboratories is poised for growth, but investors should remain vigilant regarding external pressures that may influence performance

Analysts' Viewpoint
Analysts highlight Divi's Laboratories' robust performance driven by its custom synthesis and peptide businesses, with significant capex projects poised to enhance production capacity. The company's strategic focus on expanding peptide manufacturing and leveraging backward integration strengthens its competitive position.
