Basis of our Recommendation

Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited (MBAPL) is strategically enhancing its competitive position in the Indian phosphatic fertilizer market through significant capacity expansion and innovative supply chain initiatives. Management's recent commentary highlights the importance of the Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) regime and the company's exclusive status as a complex fertilizer producer in Central India, which are expected to drive revenue growth. The securing of a landmark green ammonia supply deal is anticipated to provide a structural cost advantage, supporting margin stability. Vista's financial outlook reflects these developments, projecting stable margins and a fair valuation aligned with intrinsic value. The company's aggressive expansion at the Dhule facility, set to be operational by October 2026, is a critical catalyst for revenue growth, despite potential headwinds from raw material price volatility and supply chain disruptions. The agribusiness sector's improving pricing power and stable economic conditions further bolster MBAPL's outlook. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include scaling production capacity and capturing market share in Western and Southern India, while watchpoints include the execution of project timelines and global supply chain dependencies
