Basis of our Recommendation

Nitin Spinners is poised for a significant growth phase, driven by management's strategic focus on capacity expansion and a shift towards higher-margin finished fabrics. The company's commitment to vertical integration and renewable energy initiatives is expected to enhance operational efficiency and lower power costs, thereby supporting margin stability. Management's optimistic outlook for FY27, underpinned by recovering demand and improved yarn realizations, aligns with Vista's forecast of a gradual revenue recovery and stable margins. The textile industry is experiencing steady growth, bolstered by rising consumer demand for sustainable products, which complements Nitin Spinners' strategic direction. However, the company must navigate potential headwinds from geopolitical instability and raw material price volatility. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include leveraging state-level investment incentives and expanding into value-added product segments, while watchpoints include execution risks associated with the capital expenditure cycle and international market fluctuations. Overall, Vista's outlook reflects a fair valuation with a modest expected upside, supported by a stable financial structure and constructive investor sentiment
