Basis of our Recommendation

Quess Corp's management has articulated a strategic pivot towards a capability-led, technology-enabled service model, emphasizing the importance of AI in enhancing sourcing and retention processes. This shift is crucial as it aligns with the company's goal to transition from a volume-based model to a 'volume and value' strategy, particularly in high-margin sectors like Professional Staffing and Overseas business, which now contribute significantly to profitability. Vista's financial outlook reflects an expectation of accelerating revenue growth, supported by this strategic focus and the anticipated recovery in General Staffing. The company's strong balance sheet and zero-debt status further bolster its capacity for capital allocation towards growth initiatives. However, potential headwinds include geopolitical risks and regulatory changes that could impact operational flexibility. The broader BPO KPO industry is experiencing stable growth, with improving pricing power, which complements Quess's strategic direction. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities lie in scaling high-intensity sectors and leveraging AI for workforce management, while watchpoints include navigating labor law changes and maintaining margin stability amidst competitive pressures
