Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Management's commentary indicates a stable operational environment for Ramkrishna Forgings, with a focus on enhancing profitability through improved margins. The company's revenue growth is expected to accelerate, supported by favorable industry dynamics and increasing demand from key sectors such as automotive and aerospace. Vista's financial outlook reflects this optimism, projecting a shift in revenue growth beyond historical trends and an improvement in margins, despite the stock currently trading at a premium valuation. The stable balance sheet, characterized by moderate leverage, further supports this positive trajectory. However, the macroeconomic backdrop, while generally favorable with robust manufacturing activity and contained inflation, presents challenges such as fluctuating crude oil prices and a deteriorating USD/INR exchange rate. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities lie in leveraging the improving pricing power within the Forgings & Castings industry, while watchpoints include potential volatility in raw material costs and currency fluctuations that could impact margins. Overall, while the outlook remains cautiously optimistic, investors should remain vigilant regarding external economic factors that may influence performance
