Basis of our Recommendation

Sheela Foam's management has articulated a robust growth strategy, targeting a 24% revenue increase for FY26, driven by significant e-commerce expansion and new product launches. The integration of Kurlon Enterprise is expected to enhance market share and product offerings, while operational improvements, including a solar power initiative, may lead to cost efficiencies. Vista's financial outlook reflects a moderation in revenue growth but anticipates improving margins, supported by management's guidance for EBITDA margins of 11-12% in the near term. The favorable macroeconomic environment in India, characterized by strong GDP growth and improving manufacturing activity, further bolsters this outlook. However, execution risks related to the transition from unorganized to organized sectors and potential challenges in scaling e-commerce operations profitably remain watchpoints. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include expanding the distribution network and leveraging brand strength, while headwinds may arise from geopolitical uncertainties and input cost volatility. Overall, Sheela Foam is positioned for sustained growth, albeit with cautious monitoring of execution risks and market dynamics
