Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Skipper Limited's recent management commentary highlights a strong order book and ongoing capacity expansion, which are pivotal for sustaining revenue growth in the coming quarters. The company's focus on enhancing operational efficiency and navigating export challenges is expected to support stable profit margins. Vista's financial outlook anticipates consistent revenue growth aligned with historical performance, underpinned by a stable balance sheet and moderate leverage. The favorable macro environment in India, characterized by robust manufacturing activity and supportive government policies for infrastructure development, further enhances Skipper's growth prospects. However, competitive pressures within the fragmented infrastructure sector and potential geopolitical challenges remain watchpoints. Over the next 12-24 months, Skipper is well-positioned to capitalize on the expanding infrastructure market, with a projected CAGR of approximately 8.81%. Key opportunities include increased private investment in infrastructure and government initiatives aimed at project readiness. Conversely, headwinds such as export market volatility and competitive pricing pressures could impact margins. Overall, Vista's strong buy recommendation reflects confidence in Skipper's ability to navigate these dynamics and achieve its long-term growth targets
