Trident Ltd's management has articulated a robust growth strategy centered on its 'Transformation Journey,' which aims to transition the company from a commodity-focused player to a diversified global entity. This strategic pivot is underpinned by horizontal diversification into new segments, including Bed Linen, and a commitment to digital transformation and AI initiatives. These efforts are expected to enhance revenue growth and improve margins, aligning with Vista's forecast of recovering revenue and expanding profitability. The company's proactive capacity expansion in Yarn and home textiles, alongside increased solar power capacity, positions it favorably in a competitive market. The textile industry is experiencing steady growth, supported by rising consumer demand for sustainable products, which complements Trident's strategic focus. However, competitive pricing pressures remain a watchpoint, necessitating ongoing innovation and differentiation. Over the next 12-24 months, key opportunities include the successful launch of new product lines and enhanced operational efficiencies, while headwinds may arise from fluctuating raw material costs and market competition. Overall, Vista's outlook reflects confidence in Trident's ability to capitalize on these developments, with a target price indicating a modest upside potential
