Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Uno Minda's management has articulated a robust growth strategy, emphasizing capacity expansion and a diversified product portfolio that aligns with the increasing demand for electric vehicles (EVs). The company is actively pursuing 11 new projects, which are expected to drive revenue growth and enhance margins over the next 12-24 months. Despite facing near-term challenges from commodity inflation and initial costs associated with new capital expenditures, the long-term outlook remains positive, supported by a strong order pipeline and strategic investments in R&D. Vista's financial outlook reflects stable revenue growth and margins, with a fair valuation aligned with intrinsic value. The expected upside of approximately 3.66% indicates a cautious but constructive sentiment. Industry dynamics, particularly the shift towards EVs and government incentives, further bolster Uno Minda's position. Key opportunities include expanding its EV-related product lines and increasing export penetration, while headwinds such as commodity price pressures and geopolitical risks warrant close monitoring. Overall, Uno Minda is well-positioned to capitalize on structural tailwinds in the auto ancillaries sector, ensuring a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market

UNO Minda's growth is supported by a robust order book and strategic capacity expansion, including 11 new projects. The company's focus on premiumization and green mobility, alongside its successful pivot into EV components, enhances its market position.
