Price Performance

Basis of our Recommendation

Yasho Industries is positioned for stable revenue growth, supported by management's strategic focus on R&D and operational efficiency. Recent commentary from management indicates a commitment to expanding capacity utilization, which is expected to enhance EBITDA margins by 2-3 percentage points. The long-term project with a multinational partner is a significant growth driver, with commercialization anticipated by Q1 FY28. Vista's financial outlook reflects this optimism, projecting improving margins and stable revenue growth, although the company currently trades at a premium valuation. The specialty chemicals industry is experiencing structural growth, bolstered by strong domestic demand and favorable trade agreements, despite competitive pricing pressures. Over the next 12-24 months, Yasho's ability to navigate raw material costs and geopolitical tensions will be critical. Key opportunities include the expansion of manufacturing capabilities and the successful launch of new products, while watchpoints include the potential impact of commodity price fluctuations and the need for sustained operational efficiency
